And not sure why my previous comment didn't post...but I'll delete photos from here on out

@Nomorerichrod I agree with you. It's absurd that the Star goes along with the silent treatment we get from Athletic Dept. If there is something that is criminal involved that's a public record, if it's grades someone from the Trier support group should say so. This is 2 years in a row we lose an integral player for "secret" reasons.
by SkyCoop12/3/2016 10:51:26 PM
Ah OK, welcome then, Gerald.
by Shimmers12/3/2016 10:51:28 PM
Thank you, Shimmers

Gonzaga 5-7 from 3 so far. Zags lead 23-9 with 12 min left in first. Best (only?) UA defensive play was Pinder block of Collins.
At least when we're down I still cheer for our guys.

7:47 To Half: Arizona-14 Gonzaga-25
Dusan Ristic with 5 points and 4 rebounds early for Cats. UA defense has cut into Zag's FG% last 4 mins

Fangirl is right.
by Tfan12/3/2016 11:06:44 PM
I will never stop cheering for the Cats. Its just disappointing to watch.
by Tfan12/3/2016 11:08:38 PM
Right, but if your team is under achieving you have the right to voice your displeasure.
by Wickeman12/3/2016 11:08:45 PM
This will be a good learning experience. I just hope Trier comes back and PJC can be healthy for PAC 12 play.
by Nomorerichrod12/3/2016 11:08:51 PM
Losing is NOT a good learning experience. We're several games into the season and we need to learn how to win. Go Cats!
by SkyCoop12/3/2016 11:10:38 PM
So true, dont cist any chat if you know your favorite team could lose that night, look at how poorly my sun devils football team performed this season.
by Fan Girl12/3/2016 11:10:45 PM
Gerald, whoever wrote this is impersonating me...again. "At least when we're down I still cheer for our guys."
by Cats Fangirl12/3/2016 11:11:10 PM
Ahhh the imposter is back. OK. I'll start checking
by Drew McCullough, Tucson.com12/3/2016 11:11:20 PM
hmm .. why isn't Arizona running with with the Zags . CATS have the horses to run big 'ole Karnowski till he drops .. but no .. walk the ball up ... again
by Mic12/3/2016 11:11:28 PM
there's a chance if they can stay within 10. Much more than that it will be no catching up.
by Shimmers12/3/2016 11:11:36 PM
Looks like Miller plateaued with the 2013/14 and 2014/15 teams. He failed to make a Final Four with two rosters full of NBA players because he can't teach offense, or anything else beyond pack line man-to-man defense.

3:31 To Half: Arizona-22 Gonzaga-32
Kadeem Allen with an and one to give Cats some energy. He and Ristic now with 5 points. #BearDown
by Arizona Basketballvia twitter12/3/2016 11:14:07 PM
If you don't know what it feels like to loose then you don't fear losing. I'd rather lose to the Zags today then in March
by Nomorerichrod12/3/2016 11:14:47 PM
Gotta love Allen's competitiveness.
by dvd12/3/2016 11:14:53 PM
@SPFC I agree. I simply don't think miller is a GREAT coach. A good coach, yes. But that's it. AND, I am still a hug cats fan, just with my own opinion.
by Cats Fangirl12/3/2016 11:14:58 PM
Let lauri play

Feel bad for Markkanen. He's wasted on this team with that kind of coach. Imagine how a player like him would have flourished under Lute!
by SPFC12/3/2016 11:17:45 PM
@Nomorerichrod We've already lost and dropped to 16. If we have another "learning experience" by losing we'll be lucky to be above #25. UCLA looked fantastic today BTW.
by SkyCoop12/3/2016 11:17:54 PM
I cringe every time a player hits the floor
by Shimmers12/3/2016 11:19:25 PM
Miller is a great recruiter, but he leaves too much to be desired, dude has no offensive game plan/strategy. This team would have gone to another two final fours with a complete coaching staff and not just recruiters. Let's hope Miller approaches Kerr for some pointers.
