Voter turnout in Pima County for last two primaries: 35% in 2010, 24% in 2008. Early ballots already turned in put this year at least 26%

Mail-in ballots are counted ahead of time. That's why the first results update can be made by 8 p.m.

Not much of a discussion here. The moderators don't answer questions and people campaigning after the votes are in. Seems silly to have a discussion when we all know that the incumbents will prevail and the there will be no upset of ADS sponsored candidates. Just waiting for an update
